Pandering To Wingnuts

Take a look at how far John McCain went today to convince the Federalist Society that he was in the same originalist camp as Robert Bork, and read how in all of McCain’s rhetoric touting the virtues of limited government, he was more concerned about judicial excesses than he is about executive overreach. My question for Senator McCain is this: given your views, how much of the last 100 years of jurisprudence do you reject?
