Clark hits the Media machine...
Clark,

"First of all, I don't put too much stock in the polls," he said Sunday. "The polls are being driven a lot by the national media sense of momentum and inevitability. It's not inevitable."

Can I get a big

AMEN!

Truer words were never uttered!

3. Go Wes
My primary dislike of Kerry although obviously better than * is that just like the 2000 elections "get over it and do what we say is right" message by the media. Somewhere along the line after they raised and praised Dean they were told to bring him down and the onslaught was terrible, Dean's loss was Kerry's gain but I have not seen the same type of critical press for Kerry as the front runner as we did for Dean. It seems to me that the Democratic leadership decided that they did not want anyone running against * that would effect real change in the DC, those candidates being Clark and Dean. Maybe this is where the media fairness act would have come in handy. The media creates it's own news and brings along the chosen flavor of the moment. Seems like Kerry is being ordained. Clark and Dean would have effectively changed the way the Washington power elite do business and that was unacceptable. Clark and Dean people hang in there, nobody knows what a difference a day can make.

5. if you can tell by yard signs..

In my very unscientific polling methods (driving around doing weekend errands), I've noticed that if people in Milwaukee have
yard signs and bumper stickers* at all* they are mostly for Clark.

6. Go General! Go General!

They say that the LA Times was terrible to him this morning!
I am so mad that I won't even read it.

He is absolutely the best man and yet they have decided to creme him.
What can he do at this late date? There must be a miracle.
