VIRGINIA DEMS: don't forget to vote Tuesday

Fellow Virginia Democrats. Please don't forget that Tuesday is the State Primary. All the candidates are on the ballot (those that dropped out did so too late to have their names removed.) State law requires you have an ID-- a state voter card or a valid state driver's license works fine.

Polls are open 6 am to 7 pm.

I am the Chief election officer in my precinct for the first time tomorrow and I am NERVOUS. It's a damn LONG day, setting up from 5-6 am. Polls open at 6 am, close at 7 am, then after I call in the results, and send them electronically, I also take the mechnical count over to the County offices. So it's a 16 hours day. Whew.

and cast my vote in the VA primary--my first by the way--because my vote DOES count, my vote WILl count, and in November my vote will help jK send the BFEE * back to the spiderhole in Crawford Texas where they belong!
