1. Is this really necessary?
I don't think you need to rub Dean supporters noses in it.

or it wouldn't have been posted. Yet people will be shocked, shocked when Dean supporters tell these people to drop dead when we are asked to help their candidate.

Editted to comply with rules.

2. Come on, be nice
Put an "other" or "He won't drop out option" for those who are hopeful.

7. no need to drop out
Even if he doesn't perform as well in the upcoming weeks, he has no need to drop out. Even if he runs low on funds, people know who he is now. His supporters can vote for him even if he doesn't blow loads of campaign money in every state. He could stay in the race til the end at very little cost if necessary.

Why should he even consider dropping out?

5. Rude.
What about when will Kerry make a fatal blunder?

1) before the end of the primary
2) before the convention
3) after the convention

I could put 4) never but why bother.

8. If he hasn't won by March 17th(Florida) he should drop out....
...or whenever someone else clinches. He did okay this weekend, though(17, 26 and 31 percent, better than his 2/3 showings). If he can hit at least 35% in Wisconsin, I think that's good enough to stay in. Sooner or later, the hit pieces on Kerry will hit print and tv, and "buyers remorse" will give him a shot, however brief, of upsetting the apple cart. Dean has a pretty good war chest in development, following the previous fiscal train wreck, and Kerry's probably pretty tapped after mini-Tuesday. I doubt he has significantly more money than Dean at this point.

"...to stay in"

Ummmmmm, not unless that 35% wins the state.

he said "Wisconsin or Bust"

he put his credibility on the line.

he loses- he goes home.

he made the bet, he set the terms.

them's the breaks.

10. When will
the actions of certain posters who support Mr. Kerry result in the complete alienation of even MORE supporters of all the other candidates?

When will (by extension) the fact that Kerry is surrounded by arrogant, unprincipled, rude and dishonest boosters influece (eve more) the atomization (even further) of the Demcocratic Party?

13. As a Kerry supporter, I think this is VERY RUDE
This only provokes hostility. Dean is down and it's a poor sport who kicks someone when they are down.

You should run for president of DU. You've got the backing, I'm sure of it.

Nice job.
