Is this poll on Time Magazine's site correct???
Because that seems like a big error if they're not.

2. The approval/disapproval numbers are reversed
The editor at pollingreport.com informed me that Time's press release to him says "Bush's approval holds steady at 54 percent."

3. When the editor of Time Magazine says it's an error, I'll believe it
Seriously, why would they create and post this graphic?

4. Look at the other numbers
53 percent think Bush is trustworthy and 42 percent do not. If Bush's approval were 42 percent, his trustworthy numbers wouldn't be that high. Plus, Bush leads Kerry 50-48; if his approval rating were 42 percent, Kerry would have a double-digit lead.

5. Are you looking at the same graphic?
It says 53 percent have doubts about his honesty, 42 percent think he's honest.

You're reversing it!

6. No, it's 53% believe he's honest - the responses are colour-coded
Look again. I think it's a typo.

8. This poll doesnt matter
There is a big difference between the Time poll and the rest of the polls that show Kerry beating Bush and Bush's lower approval ratings. This poll is of 1000 adults not likely voters or registered voters. Now since we all know 55% of adults don't vote, these type of polls are worthless.

9. Watch the Meet The Press Interview THAN poll

They should have focus groups watch the "Meet the Press" interview and THAN poll on how trustworthy he is. He acted like a kid who was trying to worm his way out of getting caught stealing.

10. In every other instance, the first option is blue, the second red.
Just an error, I think.
