Since it's apparently what you say that can later be misconstrued into something else, it's high time that Bush apologize for being an embarrassment as President with these recent remarks.
There are MANY other gaffes and misquotes, but these comments were obviously aimed at confusing the American people...and possibly while being drunk on the job:
