at polling places is illegal in many jurisdictions. Don't compromise your right to vote.

No. You have a right to cast your ballot in secrecy and in private. The U.S. Department
of Justice has advised that photography or videotaping inside a polling place does not
serve any useful purpose and may instead actually intimidate voters who are exercising
their right to vote.

3. cell phone only your own voting.
Not saying this is what anyone should do, of course, but it seems like the laws are meant to discourage people from discouraging people from voting. It someone filmed you, would you vote? But take your cell phone in the booth with you and don't tell anyone.
