Hmmm Perhaps Dennis Kucinich
Should accept the nomination of the Green Party if the Democratic party is . In many states his percentages might give the green party enough to become a major party. Why would this be a bad thing? Will, care to comment?

1. Great idea.
Hopefully he can pull in more than 2.7%. Would Bush send him a Gift Basket or just a thank you card?

11. Actually
I'm hoping that Kucinich goes Green after the election, and that Matt Gonzalez gets the Green Party Presidential nomination.

we need a missionary in the party, and Dennis is the one
if he does go green, please to god let us become a multiparty republic. Yes I would become a green in that case.

14. Gonzalez should focus on San Fran
Edited on Sun Feb-08-04 09:15 AM by La_Serpiente
he would be great as a presidential nominee, but imagine the impact if he became the mayor of San Fran 4 years from now? A Green could "actually" be the mayor of a major metropolitan city. It would shake up the entire political system, and he could use his posistion to expose the DLC as frauds.

15. It would be best if he stays
through the convention at least because of the media coverage. There, he could speak his mind with the whole country watching. Not sure how much as a Green candidate he would get his message through to the average voter that is not an activist. I may contribute to his campaign to help him do that (yes, I'm still sticking with Clark).
