Did Kerry rip on Tim Russert?

I heard him say something about foreign policy and then he mentioned Tim Russert's name.

If Kerry took on Russert, I must say I'm impressed :-)

1. no, it was an attack on bush

he was talking about bush being on mtp tomorrow. and then said how people will say he has knowledge and other positive things. and then he said how they will say that about tim russert (not bush).
