Is there any government agency or program
that you feel has been effectively run since * took over in 2001, or have the agencies and programs all been ineffective because of their poor management? A good example of this would be FEMA. While the organization itself was capable of running much better, the people * put in charge caused most of the problems. Are there any government agencies (like the EPA, FDA, SEC, etc...) or government programs (like Soc. Security, Medicare, various education programs like head start, etc...) where this is not the case? Any place were the government remained effective despite being lead by the current asshat?

3. The ACGCCBIP
That's the Agency of Corruption, Graft, and Country-Club Buddy Influence-Peddling.

Oh? That's not an official agency? Well, never mind.

4. Not even the Pentagon!
Waste, corruption, nepotism, political cronyism, etc. are all the rule of the day.
