I'm guessing they are using exit polls (although I'm not sure Caucus's have exit polls).

3. Differnt # of precincts reporting
At the time I clicked on links, CNN had 32% of precincts, AP about 21%.

AP is ahead of the reporting, which explains the difference.

I have AP at 34% 2248/6552

Kucinich has 551. With CNN at 32% Kucinich has 283.

They must be counting different precincts. That seems peculiar to me.

Wouldn't the precincts report to a central authority when they're done? Then the results would be reported to the media.

It looks like precincts are finishing and reporting to CNN or the AP.

from 2248 precincts reporting to 2125.

but the vote totals didn't change.

Same percent as CNN now, but different vote totals.

14. I was about to post the same thing
32% both side but CNN gives Kerry 6% and more worrying CNN takes like 200 votes from Kucinich.
