1. It is odd isn't it? HMMM.
I was under the impression that votes are added while the votes are counted.

3. Something stinks, and it has EVERYTHING to do w/ Wolf Blitzer
I'm tracking both, and something is definately going on @ CNN. Because Allah forbid that some "unelectable vanity candidate" actually finish third.

4. Also Dean went with like 400 precincts and only gained a vote.
When 16 precincts were showing, Dean had 486. When the next update came, which had over 1,000 precincts showing; Dean was only up 487.

6. Yeah, I saw that too!
But Dean's numbers went up with the update after that. At least according to AP.

16. 16 precincts and 486 delegates was obviously wrong.
I'm sure no precinct got anywhere near 30 delegates. Mine got 2. Probably the 16 was 16%, which would be about 1000 precincts.

The earlier results were pulled from the same page - there's no history AFAIK.

8. HAR HAR
I guess you missed CNN's website the night of the NH primary when counties with 0% reporting were showing the "projected winner" as "Kerry". What a neat trick. CNN, prophetic news now.

9. To be fair, these numbers are from AP
Edited on Sat Feb-07-04 05:27 PM by jono
Although they clearly don't jibe with CNN's.

12. sure is nice to see Kucinich getting some votes, too
Strange about Sharpton, tho. Can Caucus voters switch over if they see their chosen candidate has no hope? Might account for the drop.

14. It's a conspiracy against Sharpton!
The establishment saw that he had gotten TWO VOTES, got scared and decided to act.

Seems clear to me.
