Yeah, after Kerry's speech here in MI, I went to the back of the room and thanked Max Cleland(who's on the rode with Kerry!) for continuing the debate on the war in Iraq and raising the important questions about the reasons that we went to war. I told him "our credibility in the world is shot now" he shook his head in agreement and said "It's up to you guys now!" I extended my left hand to shake and instead offered me a hug!!!

Anyway, Kerry gave a great speech, Gephardt gave him a very strong endorsement. An electrifiying event all around!!!!!!!!!!!

2. Thanks for your first hand report as media chose not to cover it live...
or much at all.

Max Cleland is working very hard to help Kerry win the nomination. He did not deserve what happened to him in Georgia by Ralph Reed and the Rethugs.

7. No more Cleland-type campaigns - ever!
The GOP's bashing of Cleland in Georgia by that scumbag Saxby Chambliss was shocking, but even more shocking was the Dems' letting them get away with it. If they run another one of those "I love and support Bush more than the Republicans" type campaign this year, they guarantee the dictatorship for us. I will be watching, participating, and letting them have it if they adopt the Daschle beltway mentality again.
