A question for Clark supporters re: Clark merchandise via DemStore

How long did it take for your stuff to arrive after you placed your order?

I ordered about $200 worth of shirts, buttons, stickers, and signs two weeks ago, and haven't received it yet.

Should I contact Dem Store (authorized merchant of Clark stuff) or wait several more days? It will be two weeks tomorrow.

1. I never got my stuff.

Cancelled the order after 8 weeks.

Word is, everyone using Demstore has had this problem.

That really sucks. Has anyone blogged about it?

I know some DUers here have mentioned that they have shirts and stuff, though. Can't imagine it taking SOOOO LONG to get orders out.

3. It took a bit for my shirts and stickers to come.

I ordered on the 22nd of January and received on February 2nd.

I ordered buttons and signs today.

Got my Dad a "Republicans for Clark" button that he WILL wear. He has shocked me with how much he likes the General considering his hard line Republican background.

6. Is Dem store what they're using now?

I forget the names, but there was one vendor they stopped doing business with and switched to another one. I've gotten my stuff in a week's time, but I'm confused over which vendor I've used. I never thought of eBay.

12. I ordered signs from DemStore, waited 5 weeks

gave up and made my own. All my other stuff I have made or gotten from eBay.

18. cafe press is alot cheaper

you can use whatever pics you want, and make buttons , pens, mugs and underwear if you want lol. Just make your own store and make it a personal account, so you are just orderinf for yourself and not a business venture. shirts are 15$ www.cafepress.com check it out ! ;)

7. They are HORRID!

I ordered buttons on Jan. 10 and just received them this Tuesday. They don't respond to emails either. :(

11. It took about three weeks for my order to arrive

and I paid extra for 3 day air since I wanted a cap for an event.

I've heard numerous complaints from people in Texas about Dem Store for this very reason.

I ordered a t-shirt from the first vendor, and it arrived asap.

14. Call them.

Some items take time to produce. I think the website says the order may be delayed...not sure though.

I called when my stuff hadn't arrived when I expected it, and I got a free upgrade to overnight, Saturday delivery because I needed it for an event.

They were very decent about it.

I say you should call them.

The quality of the products was excellent. Much better than the first vendor Clark was using. Their bumper stickers disappeared in the rain! LOL!

16. Demstore is always very slow...

everytime I have ordered something from there, it takes about two weeks for it to be delivered..

20. Our orders have regularly taken 2-3 weeks n/t
