If you watch no teevee for the next two weeks, catch the rerun of Olberman at midnight EDT.

He lays out event after event after event after sordid event of how there is a very clear and very disgusting overlay of 'terror' on domestic politics - much based on near-or-total bullshit.

If anyone needs convincing that they play the fear card without regard to the cost to our country, this will convince them.

KO not only gets it, he explains it so clearly there can be no doubt that we're being totally played. The funny thing is, nobody seems to be scared any more (notwithstanding the recent "terror bump" in the polls -- that will go away before long). I haven't heard anybody at work talk much about terr'ists - and I work for an airline.

I'll have to catch him later. I saw the lead-in but then "poof!" And it's the same satellite that held up during all the hurricanes when the cable went out!!!
