Wisconsin Poll: Kerry leads by 3:1 margin
The poll, taken by the University of Wisconsin Survey Center and sponsored by The Capital Times and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, has a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percent.

Of the possible candidates mentioned for the White House, John Kerry led, collecting support from 45 percent of Democrats and 29 percent of independents polled. He also was the Republicans' favorite, with 31 percent.

Wesley Clark, John Edwards and Howard Dean picked up no more than one-third of Kerry's level of support, and others even less. (See accompanying chart.)

The poll was taken while Joe Lieberman was still in the running (he was preferred by 4 percent of Democrats and 8 percent of independents), so the numbers may have moved since then.

Fifteen percent of Democrats and 23 percent of independents still had not chosen a candidate.

5. This will cheer you up - Bush is in trouble in Wisconsin
Fifty-one percent of 400 residents polled statewide between Jan. 27 and Feb. 3 who said they were "certain" or "probably" going to vote on Feb. 17 had a "favorable impression" of Bush as a person.
But 53 percent rated his job performance as only "fair" or "poor," and 54 percent said they would like to see "someone else in the White House" after the Nov. 2 election.
Among that 54 percent were 90 percent of those identifying themselves as Democrats, 52 percent of those identifying themselves as independents, and 10 percent of those identifying themselves as Republicans.

2. Dean is so electable
he is getting destroyed in a race just full of Democrats.

Now how would he beat bush again, if he can't get his grassroots to even win a single primary.
