Serious question...who's got the 'nads and the firepower to make this go?

Apparently, the Constitution IS set up in a way so that if there is corrupt administration it can be tossed with a 2/3 majority of all the state legislatures kicking in.
ALL FIFTY STATES HAVE KICKED IN ON THIS...
I'm pretty sure that's 'a mandate'.
Congress, however, has ignored this.
Who is big enough to start the ball rolling?
How do we get their attention?

I know I'm not putting this well, but I'm sure you get me drift.

I'm in Arizona and I'm sure the 'pug legislature wouldn't be on board with that.
I'll sign the petition though.

3. Read the bottom of the page you posted.
