Here's a different kind of thread ....... and hopefully one that will unify rather than divide.

Stand up and cheer for your favorite 06 candidate - but only one for whom you can actually cast an actual vote.

My favorite is Kweisi Mfume, running for the seat of the retiring senior senator from Maryland, Paul Sarbanes.

I also want to cheer for Martin O'Malley who is running for governor, and my own congressman, the Honorable Elijah Cummings.

4. Samm Simpson who is running an underfunded campaign

again the Nixon-era Repuke, Bill Young, in a grossly gerrymandered Florida 10th Congressional District. Can I cast a vote for her? I can try, but this is Pinellas County, Florida, where the Supervisor of Elections was appointed by John Ellis * and is married to a former ES&S bigwig. So what are the odds?
