1. Bad title

Should be "MSNBC tries to turn Democratic race into two-man contest with Edwards and Kerry"

Not to say Edwards doesn't deserve the attention but clearly there are at least three front candidates, not two.

4. This "sour grapes" language is silly and annoying
I think most people would rather support the right candidate even if he doesn't win than find out later than they helped the wrong candidate win the primaries and fell for a trap.

It would kind of suck to support someone who turned out to be doing Republican Fundraisers and praising George Bush in 2002. And then he got in office and started WWIII.

We're saving you from that agony.

"Can I just go back a moment ago -- to a question you asked just a moment ago? You asked, I believe, Senator Kerry earlier whether there's an exaggeration of the threat of the war on terrorism.

"It's just hard for me to see how you can say there's an exaggeration when thousands of people lost their lives on September the 11th."

That's from January 2004.

Anyway I wasn't trying to start a flame war, just trying to get people other than Clark and Dean supporters to realize the bias.

10. The war on terrorism is real
And I don't see anything in there about how great George Bush is, or thankyou's for writing checks to Republicans.

Hey, nothing personal. We'll save you yet. T-MINUS 6 days.

11. That's what the Dean supporters used to say
when people criticzed their candidate. But at least they were doing it when Howard was the undisputed leader of the entire field.

Gloating over MAYBE being number two, and a distant number two at that, is absurd.

7. Actually, I think it's accurate: "Edwards *tries* ..."
Fair's fair, he did win a state. Can't fault him for trying to spin himself to the front...

We'll just win. ;)

9. Well then how bout
Edwards and Clark each vie to turn Democratic primary into two-man race with Kerry.

Is that so unreasonable?

13. No
But at this point I don't expect the media and their crackwhoresrace to behave like professionals anymore.

I'm shocked by the few sparse positive exceptions, rather.
