I am hereby giving $5.00 in memory of the used-to-be-great newspaper, the NEW YORK TIMES.

And my neighbor is a new contributor. Hispanic, about 70, cannot afford her medicines and special diet.She loves it that DK cares for the little person, the poor, the widows, just like it says in the Bible.

Lots of unemployed people out there. Dennis is their only hope. Maybe they want to invest $1.00 in hope for a new future.

It's properly positive, like the great man we support.

Problem for me is, I haven't the $$. After my grocery budget, I haven't any left.

But, it's a terrific idea, and hope it catches on. It'll either raise a lot of $$$ for Dennis, or it will result in those threads going silent. :)
Either way, it's a winner.

9. Wonderful idea!

This Kucitizen just got home from choir practice--we're learning the B Minor Mass for a concert late in March in addition to our regular service schedule :scared:

Anyway, I think that's a wonderful idea! Although if we were to "honor" the NY Times each time it slighted Dennis, we'd all go broke fast.

Today I noticed that not only did they not mention him, they showed only those state results in which he got 1%, not the North Dakota or New Mexico results.

I'll go count the negative threads right now. :-)

UPDATE: Four negative threads on the first eight pages, not to mention the negative posts in those threads, but I'll just count threads or else risk going broke. Okay, that's twenty bucks for Dennis. :evilgrin:

otherwise I would have emptied my wallet for him. But as things are, I have to save every penny I have right now. I'll still contribute to the campaign in my other ways, like doorknocking, organizing my precinct, and helping out on the state web site of course!

Last month DK got NUTHIN' from me, because I spent it all on gas going one-to-one house visiting. And buying poster materials, and paying my credit card for the "Eyes that see though the Lies" poster I bought last month!!And using up my phone card calling for DK(can't afford long distance.)

But, the turnout in the precinct I canvassed was TREMENDOUS, over 60%, and most of it for Dennis. They had to send for more ballots twice, and the County Dem chair was running around the county like a crazy man trying to find enough ballots.

So, EVERYTHING WE DO FOR dk COUNTS, and please don't think I'm knocking you if you don't have any money. Most of the DK supporters are having hard times.

Let's all just do what we can.

But I was getting so pissed at some people's arrogance that I thought we could have fun with it.
