its time to wake up and smell the fascism. America, as we knew it, is dead. We can either stand by and watch the casket drift by, and pretend to ourselves it will somehow change back on its own....or WE can resurrect it.
But either way, we need to stop denying it has been murdered. We need to correctly diagnose the cause of death and proceed to bring the killers to justice, and to set about the process of resurrection.

For as long as we pretend it is alive, or will spontaneously get better, that's extremely precious time wasted in complacency instead of action.

have reached an all time low. I'm proud to say Spain is at the top of the list with low positive views of the BA.

Bush acts as if he is doing it for the good of the country. He should say he is doing it for the good of himself and his buddies.

6. exactly. Right now, even democrats acting like its business as usual is
lulling the populace to sleep.

there has to be a dramatic shift in what the public is told. Until the leaders care more about the country than their own political seats, we are not going to change.

5. Except, a lot of Americans are still sleeping
They haven't a clue what is going on around them - too busy working, taking care of kids, playing with hobbies. Whatever. Some in my family don't even know who Ann Coulter is!

There are some people who really don't care about politics and where are country is headed.
