Q - I read that Trudeau did some strips on John Kerry and Vietnam back in the early days. Could you please post them on the site, to give those of us who weren't around at the time a look?
-- Jane E., Portland, OR

A - It is our pleasure to help candidate Kerry flesh out his campaign bio. The future-senator spoke at Walden College on behalf of Vietnam Veterans Against the War in a three-day series that ran on October 21, 1971, October 22, 1971 and October 23, 1971.

1. I. Feel. So. Damn. Old. Now. Thanks.
I remember when they were new--I was about 12. I literally had a crush on John Kerry back then.

FWIW, I voted for Dennis Kucinich yesterday.

7. I saw these on BartCop, I think they're really great.
Although one could easily make a post ala aman1234 (or whatever their nick is) and make fun of Kerry. :)

8. Treadeau went to St. Paul's as well as Kerry.
The name Dunesberry was coined after Tredeau's roommate at St. Paul's was Pillsbury (like the dough boy family) and apparently his nickname was Doones
