Clark and Edwards are around 30.

5. It is pretty darn close,
but everyone gets so caught up in the "front runner" thing that they lose site of that.

Unfortunately perception is everything in politics. People want to associate themselves with a winner, so if you win early people start flocking to your banner.

Even though only about 10% of the delegates have been chosen whomever is seen as leading the pack gains momentum and everyone else struggles for traction.
