Va Senate, Miller running only to gain visibility, cred.w/Dems.
He knows that he cannot beat Geo Allen.
But he gains by raising his profile.
He planned to win by losing.
Probably he has his eyes on the Governor's mansion.
His plans got all messed up by Jim Webb's entering the race.
I guess that is why he has run such a negative campaign...his plans to a statewide higher office, might just be foiled.

Webb can beat Allen.
Strategic votes everyone, strategic!
