Wouldn't the Army be the perfect place for macho conservatives?
The Army provides a community with no homosexuals (wink, wink.) The flag is saluted and revered and no evil liberal would burn it as they do on a daily basis on every street in America. Also, the Army would provide the discipline and training only macho conservative men could improve upon. I really get so inspired when I see the pencildicks (er, proud Americans) waving the Chinese made flags, screaming insults at libruls and pretending to be (er perfectly acting) patriotic. And then when ya ask one of them if they want you to drive them to the Army recruiting station their limp dick just shrivels up inside their proud merkun bodies. I just don't understand em.

1. The Army is their worst nightmare....
I truly believe that anyone who displays a macho behavior, does so to mask their cowardice. In the face of a real battle these are the folks who tuck tail and run.

2. conservatives
got rid of the draft so they and their children could avoid the service, You see the military is not for them but for those they deem expendable.

3. The flag-waving..
... "kick their asses" freeptards are the prime example of the most selfish people on the face of the earth. If their true inner selves could speak, it would say "y'all go kick their asses while I sit on mine so I can revel in the vicarious pleasure and imagine that someday I'll be a man who has consistency between the walk and the talk".

But I'm not holding my breath.

4. They're much too busy.......
fighting "the war if ideas" here at home. :eyes: That's their usual response when asked WHY they're not fighting the war in Iraq they seem to love and "support" so much. Either that or they're fighting for air because they have their heads so firmly lodged up their asses. I suspect the latter.

5. I try to call
people on it whenver I encounter it. When I end up in a conversation with people who are pro-war and call themselves super patriotic, I always politely ask them why, if they believe so strongly, aren't they enlisting and doing their part.

Answers range from, I'm in school, to I have kids, to total silence.

Politeness and seemingly genuine inquiry usually leads to their excusemaking, then silence. Silence because they know exactly how lame and cowardly they really are.

If you believe in this war enough to support other people dying for it, you need to get your ass into the military. If you only support other people risking their lives, their sanity and their families, but aren't willing to make that committment yourself, then you really can't be that much of a supporter, can you?

(not specific you here, obviously...)

7. Wouldn't it be nice for Ann Coulter to visit the troops in Iraq OUTSIDE
the "green zone?"
