help me out here: Katrina unanswered questions...

even after all this time, I have not seen any satisfactory answers to the following questions.
(its possible I just missed the answers, so if so, please post with the answers if I missed it, thanks)

1. WHY were relief groups, foreign countries and even firemen turned away from helping?
2. WHAT happened to the fake reports of violence? Was anyone charged with making false reports, was it even investigate?
3. WHERE is the death toll? and I don't mean just the ID'd body total, either. Coroners at the time were counting at least several thousand bodies, yet the official total never seems that high. Has anyone demanded a REAL count?
4. WHAT HAPPENED to several good samaritans who attempted to save people but were arrested instead? I recall a youth who commandeered a bus and ferried people out only to be arrested for theft. I recall 3 college students who carried in bottled water and carried out some people...and then they were charged with something.
5. WHY was Al Gore able to fly in and rescue people, but bush was not?
6. WHAT HAPPENED to the "disneyland" rebuilding promises made by bush? How many have come to pass?
7. HOW MANY berths on the floating cruise ships used?
8. WHAT corporations are buying up land?
9. HOW MANY families are still separated, looking for loved ones?

and the top question:

10. WHAT PLANS, if any, has FEMA or DHS formulated to protect the citizens THIS hurricane season? Have levees been rebuilt?

4. Perhaps we all don't know either

I am convinced that they supressed the body count. Then can exploit 9-11 for gain but if Katrina's bodycounts exceed 9-11 that diminishes that tragedy and lessens its exploitability(is that a word?)


If say Katrina had 5K victims (I think it was double) and 9-11 had 3000 more or less, than George Bush's incompetence is a bigger threat to America tha OBL and how do you spin that? We'll never know of course by design.

What will happen if it happens again soon? Nightmarish to even ponder.

2. One or two answers, anyway

Question 1) Those offering free *material* aid were turned away, while cash donations were gladly accepted. WHY? Because the Bush mob doesn't make money if a country donates blankets or food. What they want to do is have parties donate money, then they can turn around and spend that money at a Bush mob-affiliated government contractor of their choice. That way, they get their cut.

Question 10) Nothing. At least one of the levees that has been rebuilt recently slumped three feet down due to subsidence.

Though I think Anderson Cooper was back there a month ago.
