DUers don't know to vote for DEBRA BOWEN for Calif SoS?! Ye gods!

Lord, lord, lord, how we have failed (--if we have)!!! In posting a reminder to Calif Dems to vote for BOWEN today, I'm coming across some DUers who DIDN'T KNOW! Let's hope they are anomalies.

Vote for DEBRA BOWEN for California Secretary of State! This is a critically important vote!

If you haven't voted yet, or you know someone who hasn't voted yet, SPREAD THE WORD! Vote for DEBRA BOWEN!

Tight race, with a whole lot at stake--voting integrity in California! Bowen knows her stuff, is very savvy on electronic voting, and is a strong, strong advocate for open goverment. Her opponent Deborah Ortiz doesn't have a clue about electronic voting, and has made some alarmingly naive statements about it.

5. I think she'll still win.

I thoroughly regret re reguistering peac and freedom two months ago precisely for this reason. I wish I could vote for her. She'll need it.

However, she was endorsed by the Democratic party already, and she's on the paper of who t o vote for in the primaries by the Dems. I think people will probably go by this cause they woun't know who else to vote for. One can only hope.
