14. Fantastic!. After 54 years I finally get to be part of a conspiracy.
Sure glad I hopped on that Kerry bandwagon 16 years or so ago.

4. 7% to 49% in three weeks
Edited on Wed Feb-04-04 02:13 AM by _Jumper_
Yeah, they all looked at his policies and made that decision...

Note: this is not an attack on Kerry but an attack on those allowing the media to select their candidate.

8. Right
It is sad that seeing someone's face on a magazine determines how many people will vote. :nuke:

9. People like winners

It's the bandwagon effect.

It's nothing to be surprised about. It happens in every aspect of our culture in sports, business, and yes politics.

People like WINNERS.

13. People like to feel that *they* are winning, too.
So they tend to stray from anyone who they think will lose, regardless of the issues.

15. Well let's hope bush doesn't rise in the polls before November
Thru an osama capture or wmd find or economic fluke or mass-fear (ricin?).

I'd hate to see a rush to back him just because he's percieved a winner at the time.

20. Kerry would CLOBBER Bush one-on-one.
The thought of debating Kerry makes the bed-wetting Little Turd from Crawford flood his Depends.
