Is Zell Miller still going to be a superdelegate?
and if so, what the hell is up with that?

the last thing we need during our convention is the media constantly saying "even one of the democrats' own delegtes voted for Bush!"
Who do we need to complain to to get him stripped of this potential rightwing marketing tool position?

1. I cannot understand it
Shit... I saw John McCain on the Daily Show... and his contempt for alot of what Bush is doing was very obvious. But he's a team player and will be campaigning for him.
Zell Miller can't be bothered to even endorse the nominee though... sad.

3. and believe me, the media will love it
but can he do that or is voting limited to democratic candidates? are write-ins even an option?

We really need to flood the GA democratic party about keeping Judas Miller away

(Judas MIller is also an acceptable term for a certain washed-up Monday Night Football 'comedian', btw)

4. No way. Daschle may be too milquetoast to do anything but
I'd be surprised if the DNC is.

5. This is a very important question...
And I think we should bombard the DNC with emails concerning Zell Miller (and Ed Koch possibly, if he has any status as a superdelegate) regarding them superdelegates. Zell and Ed shouldn't even be allowed at the convention.

Why the hell hasn't one democrat spoken out against him? It's not like we're going to win Georgia in November anyways. I also doubt he has any serious credibility outside of his state - and if he does - his nonsensical talking points should be refuted ABSOLUTELY!

Why is the party keeping quiet? What the hell is wrong with Daschle and McCaulife?

Zell is no democrat damnit! He left the party!

10. Looks like it's automatic
http://www.democrats.org/pdfs/delegate_selection/state_plans/GA.pdf

I could be reading this wrong but it looks like Congressional members serve as delegates based on their position and aren't voted in by the state party. Sad, though. I know if I was a Georgia Democratic Committee member I'd want him off the team.

13. This is why we should have booted him out of the party
as soon as he knifed us in the back by endorsing Bush*. We wouldn't be in this situation, plus Zell could carry water for the White House hoping Cheney gets dumped from the ticket.
