Iraq Deputy PM Tariq Aziz has not been charged.
He has been in prison, solitary confinement for three years. He made an appearance at the Saddam and crew trial for the Defense. I wonder why, after three years, that no charges have been brought ?

1. Good question.
He was the only Christian in Hussein's cabinet. Perhaps the fundies are pressuring BushCo not to prosecute him? Maybe BushCo doesn't want him to talk about what he knows. Maybe he's got something with which he can blackmail BushCo.

4. He must not have good Legal Representation.

I cannot understand how a person that was #2 of a Sovereign Nation that was illegaly invaded can be in prison for three years and not be charged with any crime. Some things nag on me just because they are illogical. Yeah, under the Bush Regime there are quite a few things that boggle the mind.

It runs like a dictatorship, it will continue to be the same...The sheik blah blah blah decides if you die ir live, your attorney doesn't like it? he dies too...Things there are not what you think, and they are not going to change anytime soon either...
