is there anything written into our constitution or any other document
of record stating that we are a nation governed by man's law and not god's law? I want something specific not merely suggested if possible.

1. Try the Treaty of Tripoli, 1796.

According to the US Constitution, ratified treaties become part of the law of the land, and this treaty was ratified.

Article 11:
"As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion; as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquillity, of Mussulmen; and, as the said States never entered into any war, or act of hostility against any Mahometan nation, it is declared by the parties, that no pretext arising from religious opinions, shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries."

2. The first amendment is pretty specific
about the government not trying to establish "god's law" as the rule of the land via establishing a state religion.

The framers knew damned full well that religious people would never agree on what god's law is.

3. The preamble says it all -
"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

We the people.......not god. WE secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.....WE ordain and establish the Constitution. WE create the laws and the conditions by which we live. NOT GOD.

:hi:

4. Who would tell us what God's law is?
That would be the question.
