2. All but three who voted "no" are from blue states.
I think that's what it comes down to for many of them.
Of course, lots of Dems from blue states also voted to confirm. What's up with Schumer, for example?, Lautenberg? Kohl? Levin? Feinstein and Boxer????? Argh. I'm glad that for once, Specter was as good as his word.

3. And what's up with Rockefeller?
He certainly hasn't been happy about the spying stuff, and he's been privy to the classified info. I thought he at least would vote NAY. :shrug:

feinstein is a traitor... levin is an asswipe...

the dems that voted yes, are tantamount to putting Himmler and Goebbels at Hitler's side.

they do not understand the depth of what crimes they participate in......

I called feinstein to make known my disappointment...
