CNN cut short anti-Bush commercial
gave all of 2 seconds to the ending that had a phone number displayed to tell him to fight terrorists and not to spy on americans.

also there was no description of who sponsored it!

3. Note the time
and send it to the organization
who is running the commercial.
Contractually CNN will likely need
to give them a "make good" ad
if they did not run the ad in it's entirety.

4. I caught the end of it today, and saw enough to read the name of
citizens united for change, I think

can't remember exactly, but I wasn't paying close attention.

it was on long enough for me to remember somebody had mentioned it here.

I got the part about the ad saying they should START GOING AFTER TERRORISTS instead of......us!

it was pretty damn effective, I thought.

maybe there was another run that cut off the ending

5. You are sure this was not merely a poorly designed commercial?

8. Was it the Americans United for Change new ad?
As the Senate Confirmation hearings of General Michael Hayden to head the CIA opened, Americans United launched two new ads calling into question the truthfulness of President Bush and his Administration regarding intelligence and national security issues.

“Father Knows Best” uses news account and television clips of President Bush and his father which highlights how our current President mislead America by selectively leaking classified intelligence to bolster the Administration’s case for the war in Iraq and to punish Administration critics of the war.

The ad entitled “Wiretaps” similarly uses news accounts and video clips to demonstrate how President Bush has mislead the American people about the NSA and its programs to spy on Americans without warrants and to secretly collect the phone records of nearly every Americans citizen.

You can see the ad at their site
