CNN cut short anti-Bush commercial
gave all of 2 seconds to the ending that had a phone number displayed to tell him to fight terrorists and not to spy on americans.

also there was no description of who sponsored it!

1. May or may not be legit.
My cable company, between commercials breaks, often cuts from the primary adverts to local interest commercials. I dislike it too.

4. there are detailed contractual provisions for this sort of thing
detailing exactly how the ad must air. unless they were really stupid, the contract will require cnn to reair the ad.

a freebie to replace the one that didn't air in it's entirety.
