Mike Malloy is crying. His heart is broken.
I understand EXACTLY how he is feeling.......

I don;t know how to handle this anymore, either. It is beyond shameful. It is beyond anything I have ever lived through.

24. It happened in Vietnam. It's called war.. it's the nature of war
which is the reason you NEVER EVER go to war unless it's the ONLY option! :grr:

26. That's not war. That's war crime.
Be forewarned: It is very hard to roll blame uphill in the military.

28. It's not even a war, it's an invasion, making it even worse.
Of course, if they'd come up with Bin Laden or even a single WMD for our $400 billion, they might have the beginning of an argument for all of this. Not.

4. Sometimes, as I take my daily run/walk...
Tears will stream from my eyes. I am a grown man but my heart aches and breaks from what this administration is doing to us and to so many in our world.

Hitler-like people have been re-incarnated and now occupy our government like a deadly cancer infiltrating a honorable and dignified united body. They have perfected the failures of the past and have learned how to overcome their obstacles.

However, they have failed to take into account the 290 million people who, someday, somehow, will rise up and squash these murderous bastards into hell where they belong.

The question is...when will we rise up?

18. The majority is already there. We just need to fix the machines
that count the votes or get rid of them altogether. Two brothers, Todd & Bob Urosevic, determine who will be elected in this country and who won't.

Until we have a democracy again, there's nothing anybody can do to change things.

I learned no one gave a damn.

So I stopped, and never repeated the error.

7. I don't know what to do anymore. I really don't
I'll never give up. I know that. This is not The Bush Family America. This is our country. Yours and mine. It belongs to every single one of us.

We are living in hell. People are frightened. People are angry. People are anxious.

Like it or not, we, as Americans, are in this together. It's not about politics anymore. It's about being an American. Period. I honestly believe that there isn't ANYTHING that can stop the righteous patriotism of a true, passionate, authentic American. It's who we are. It's what stokes the fire within us. We can take our country back. I really believe that.

I'm not willing to give up on my country. I can't. I won't.

8. He said those knowing this who don't have kids are lucky
then went on to say that those of us with
children have to look into the eyes of our
children while knowing that kids just as valueable
and cherished were killed ...

He brought tears to my eyes too .

10. I do too
We were at a concert a few weeks ago and they sang America the Beautiful. I broke up, I couldn't help it, where is our America, I don't recognize our country anymore. It's like little by little they have destroyed who we are, what we are about.

23. I hate what they are doing
to us, how much more are we going to take when we hit the bottom of the barrel, we are wringing our hands and heads about what needs to be done, we have been taken for fools, by these thugs.

Our media has alot to do with this also, they should be strung up for not telling us the truth. Now we have gotten to such a low point, where our liberties are being taken away, what is next? searches of our homes????? etc.

11. It Breaks My Heart Too
I feel so helpless sometimes, but this grief is also my strength as I believe it is Mike's work. He has been a beacon for a long time, a voice in the wilderness. This strength just makes me want to keep speaking out, keep standing up, keep working hard to make the changes come about. I am almost 54 years old and I know it can be better because I have seen it...and to subject our kids to this brutality is beyond heartless, it is inhumane!!! I cannot imagine the nightmares they will live for the rest of their lives because of this regime of men who ran from their own obligations, or they would not be subjecting anyone to this now! I have friends who were never the same when they came back from Viet Nam and gave ME nightmares when they tried to tell their truths to me. But this murderous bunch of cowards who did not even have the courage to stand against the war and the draft, simply ran from it like the elitist snobs they were, are beyond evil. I am simply angered, disgusted and sickened by their yellow stupidity!

15. I am so glad I chose not to have children.
Yet there isn't a day that goes by when I wonder what future my 3 nephews ( 2 aged 3 yrs. 1 aged 4 yrs.) are going to have. What sort of crap are they going to have to deal with after all of this insanity? :scared: I worry for them.

20. Yeah And I Also Have the Same As He In Children
I am 53 years old and raising my 9 month old grandniece, like he has Molly. I look in her trusting eyes and wonder how she is going to survive and it makes me cry too. I wish this next generation had a little more to look forward to than polluted waters, slave labor, and war. I hope I can work to make it better for her and her cousins (my three kids just reaching adulthood).

Very Graphic

A video tape uncovered by Time Magazine showing evidence of an attack on Iraqi civilians in Haditha has renewed human rights calls for investigations into possible war crimes by the U.S. military. The Pentagon announced that 12 Marines were under investigation for the deaths shown in the video tape.
