Stop the bullshit and dilly-dallying and stand up against this lying fascist and the people that pull his strings. He is not "qualified" to be anything. He has broken the law. He stands for nothing that America should stand for.

The latest WashingtonPost polls shows that the Republicans are at the lowest since they have been in charge. However, the Democrats are not certain to gain from that advantage because most people do not think offer a sharp contrast to the Republicans.

Democrats, stand up for our Constitution, our free press, and the American people. Don't stick your finger in the wind on this one. Take a stand.

1. It will be Scalito all over again

Lots of public hand-wringing and talk about Hayden being unqualified; even more private arm-twisting and threats against anyone who attempts a filibuster. When the GOP majority give their approval, the Dems will resume their public hand-wringing and private GOP ass-kissing.
