CNN is reporting from North Dakota that, with 6% of the precincts reporting in, not a single vote has been cast! Huh? That's right. Six percent of the total Democratic voting population of North Dakota is still not a single soul.

Dang that place must be empty.

And the fact that they only had 99 locations across that hude state, its quite possible that some locations had no voters.
