How to spot Pubs trying to cash in on the DEM WAVE: HELP WANTED
Edited on Sat May-13-06 02:44 PM by opihimoimoi
Many peeps of differing colors will attempt to ride the DEM WAVE.....and get/sneak into public office. These guys are not, I repeat, NOT TRUE DEMS....True DEms promote Benevolence, atruism, the share/care side of the equation, Vision...the good kind, ....Dems promote Long term Peace. True and Better DEMs as leaders lead to sweet stuffs...False Dems want the office not for the rest of us through good thinking leadership, voting, but.... rather, a goal for themselves....Closet Selfishness... 236.45......They act like they are thinking for us but its vice versa. and it shows....

as in:

Like Weeds, Pubs, once in...its hard to get rid of........especially if rooted....

But, as in Mother Nature...its cyclic.....The Fruits of them Pubs are sour and bitter...they also choke off the better Trees who give sweet fruit.

But the People soon tire of sour things and demand sweet fruit...this is what Chauncey Gardner once told the Kahuna...

Some Pubs will stoop to anything...even pose as a Dem to try and get "elected".

To keep the system working in our favor...We need True and Better DEMs as leaders ..better odds to sweet stuffs...

To help, we need lookouts for False Dems...those Closet Level One Guys(Primitive Perceptions and Decisions)...

Look for the signs...

Beware of Party Changers that run for Public Office...Look to their History...and what they say...what Level in terms of substance, vision, solutions, and a sense of Command.

What are the Signs, if any, that you look for?

Some of the False Dems come over to dilute our collective Power...reducing our TRUE DEMS Odds...

Help search for those guys and do not support if signs look bad.

3. The alternate view ........
Converts are often more committed than those born to the life.

Immigrants as strong and more knowlegable, involved citizens than many who are native born.

Religious converts are often the most fervent in the congregation.

Your caution, however, is not to be overlooked. As there are converts, so are there opportunists. The key is to tell one from the other.

5. Exactly...I used to be very conservative.
Can't really say that now. :P

I do agree that caution is warranted, but be diligent without being paranoid or divisive.

9. I agree..."we will know them by their fruits..."
somehow, we must find the filters for these frauds...without going over board, etc...

Come, we go eat good tasty foods, sing, laugh, dance, drink fine juices, soda, beer, etc.

4. true dems
I'm sorry... to me the democratic party is a damn sight better than the republican party (especially now) but "benevolance" and "altruism" sounds a bit more than idealistic.

12. not sure what you're asking
I was pointing out that politicians aren't saints and if you make them out to be you're just going to be disappointed.
(and get backed into a corner)

You might find a few who are there for purely benevolent or altruistic reasons... but they are going to be the exception not the rule.
Regardless of party.
