Tom Noe intends to change his not-guilty plea in connection with three federal charges that he illegally funneled money into the reelection campaign of President Bush, according to court records released today.

Mr. Noe had pleaded not guilty to the charges in October. He faced a maximum of 15 years in federal prison if convicted of all charges. Authorities, however, said a lighter sentence was more likely.

It is not clear what the new plea will be. According to a status report filed today, proseuctors and attorneys for Mr. Noe have asked the court to set a hearing date “as soon as possible” for the change in plea.

**************************************************************************************************************

Lucas County .... (Toledo) was way dirty .... Noe is from there and his wife was head of the BOE

A school principal had the voting machines locked in his office .... did not come into work on election day

35,000 voters (99% dems) scrubbed before the election

15,000 people voted for a liberal dem for congress but did not vote for Kerry for prez
10,000 people more people voted bush then the republican running for congress

toledo had 39% voter turn outs, along with other low* turns outs
but the repug suburbs had 85 to 99.7% turn outs.

A couple that had lived in the same house from 1960 (Newly Weds voted for JFK)
went to vote but they were now longer on the voter lists

Mrs. Noe allowed repug operatives access to voter files and data for 10 days.

The Kerry HQ was broken into and a computer with the voter dbase was stolen.

* 40 to 55% turn outs .... however some of those precincts had 3 + hour waits. :grr:

3. You have a suspicious mind.
Comes in handy, don't it?

Ohio is the scene of the crime. This case is going to break, and soon.

5. No the crime was national
We still can not see the data from Alaska 04 ..... Diebold company secrets.

Ohio had a lot but it was nation wide.

6. Of course you're correct. The crime was indeed national.
Ohio is just where the exit wound was most obvious.

May all this lead to Ney-Abramoff-HAVA-Rove.

4. You would think....
but any optimism has to be tempered with the reality that 'justice' is on a short leash.
