Rove's strategery for November-Attack, AttaCK, ATTACK!!

Hope I'm doing this right
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12703794/

"The way I read the recent moves of Karl Rove & Co., they are preparing to wage war the only way open to them: not by touting George Bush, Lord knows, but by waging a national campaign to paint a nightmarish picture of what a Democratic Congress would look like, and to portray that possibility, in turn, as prelude to the even more nightmarish scenario: the return of a Democrat (Hillary) to the White House."

1. Gotta a feeling that this might backfire on them....because the
masses have caught on to the game....

I think the Dems need to pull off the gloves and portray Rove as devisive, hateful, spiteful and not a Patriot. This is all a game to him...

5. That's a good question...wouldn't it be determined by what he
is charged with...and what he is is convicted of. Let's say he is charged with Treason.....would he be placed in isolation 24/7?

I don't know the answer...I just had more questions too...:hi:

4. So, what do you think his chances are?
As easily as a large part of the electorate seem to be when it comes to having their whole minds led around as though on a leash... it's rather worrisome. Will people fall for it yet again; there's still no protection from the carefully orchestrated view provided by all broadcast members of the MSM... (the people needing protection from their own public mass media--what a world)

7. I don't know
People need to be really suffering to make a change and I don't know if I see enough of that yet.

8. Welcome to DU
The Republicans have reached a point of no return. As a poster above said, " people won't be fooled again " and I'll add, they don't take well to being fooled in the first place. So, I don't think KKKarl and his brand of campaigning will fly anymore, plus he, ( Rove ) will be very busy mounting a defense.......

9. No,,,,
The way I see it is that Rove always needs an individual to attack. It's much harder for him to attack an entire party because he can't get the Republicans to hate something they can't see.

That and I don't think he can overcome the hatred for the President and the rest of the Republicans.

13. Jeez, then make KKKarl's history of lies, deceit, slander, and libel a
major campaign issue. Make him the poster boy of the republican party.

FIGHT BACK FOR GOD'S SAKES. Don't just whine about it this time.

15. It's to the point
that I think any connection with Rove is detrimental to Repubs. Dems can put his face in the ads.

It's the corruption, stupid!

17. We don't need to worry too much about him -
He's got his own problems.

There was a time in 1864, when it looked like the war was lost, that Grants Generals came to him and said they were worried about what Robert E Lee was going to do next. Grant, to his credit, said "don't you worry about what Lee is going to do next, you worry about what you are going to do to Lee" (I took out the swear words here).

That is where we are now, I believe.

Joe
