His ABA rating has been downgraded from "well qualified" to just "qualified". Idiot Repub Sen Tom Coburn just showed his lack of knowledge that there is a difference between the two ratings.

I figured Arlen would just forward the Kavanaugh nomination to the full Senate and let the chips fall where they may. Kavanaugh doesn't belong on the bench in dog court, let alone on the DC Court of Appeals.
