Wasn't there a clip of Bush saying he knew Porter Goss's heart

etc etc around the time he announced his pick for CIA director. If someone here could find that clip I'll post it on my site. I'm having some trouble finding it, but I'm sure I've seen it. I think it was at a press conference or something.

Bush is so full of crap when he goes on those creepy "I know their heart and their a good man" talks, for example when he said just that about Putin. He doesn't know their heart from a hole in the ground.

There's a clip and transcript of the official announcement, but the clip I'm looking for was not that event.
