Does gaining delegates allow a candidate to speak at the convention?

If so then we should be considering voting for Kucinich and Sharpton to get them a deligate. 15% of any district, I believe, will get them one. Sharpton may in SC and Kucinich has possibilities in other locals.
They deserve to be there and it whould help broaden the Democrats platform.
Supporting the "front runner" so prematurely will ot help the Democratic party.

1. Delegates do if the convention is deadlocked.
Then I believe all parties will have a chance to speak. But if there is a majority, it won't matter. Theoretically Kucinich could be nominated at a dealocked convention if he made the right deals. Otherwise, the weaning of the candidates would settle it.

Kucinich could get delegates in HI and maybe OH. I don't think he will get any anywhere else.
