Rancho Mirage (pics)
Chimpster has his nerve to impose on these elderly people for his photo op. Shame on him!

Both are so frail they are hanging onto * to remain upright.

Wasting fuel to impress:

4. He was never elected to the office,
and he's probably sucked a whole lot more off the taxpayers' teat since he "left office."

I wish they'd just shut up and go away.

14. Don't you remember?
Or are you that young?

No, he was appointed VP after Spiro Agnew resigned in disgrace. That's another of Nixon's little legacies to the American people.

5. Ford is 92 years old for Heaven's Sake ...
I swear, he'd reach into crypts if it would score him more publicity points.
He don't follow the polls. Bullshit! He's a nasty piece of work and especially now (he's cantankerous personified) you couldn't pay me enough to be one of the WH staffers (even the cleaning lady) these days.

6. Didn't the repubs try to photo op w/Ronnie in 2000 and Nancy refused?
Or did she finally give in?

At any rate, that Bushy smile is one of desperation. Soon he'll be apologizing his ass off, just like the King of Nepal.

13. I wish Ford had won in 1976
Edited on Mon Apr-24-06 01:32 PM by Ignacio Upton
That way we would never have had Reagan in 1980 (maybe as an insurgent primary challenger against Ford again, but still losing.) Then in turn no Bush I or Bush II. We could have had Carter run again in 1980 or someone else.
