A bumper sticker that warmed the cockles of my heart

Friday morning driving onboard the naval base in New Orleans, I was behind a truck; the driver was in civvies but had a marine corps haircut. He had a bumper sticker, red white and blue with a silhouette of an eagle and the words:

Blind Allegiance
To Failed Leadership
is Not Patriotism

What a beautiful site to behold

11. I had the opposite experience yesterday

I went to lunch with cousins, one of whom lives in the "good" part of town. On the way back, I was cut off by a little bitch driving a white SUV and yacking on a cellphone. She was weaving in and out of traffic, and I wasn't the only one who had to slam on the brakes. On the back of that SUV were multiple Stupid04 stickers.

Of course, I'm sure a lot of people she pissed off were making the connection.

12. My husband drives a semi and he made up a sticker and put it on the back

of his truck. It says "The oil companies are making money, are you?????" He said a lot of folks honk and wave as they go back him.
