All day, all the screaming lawyers have been saying - shouting, actually - is "Vaginal and Anal Penetration" .... but when it comes to ... well .... cum ..... its 'DNA". Is semen no longer an operative term, but the technical names for the genitalia of possibly raped college student is okay to use?

I dunno .... maybe I'm over-reacting here, but this kind of crap just grates on me.

And to show I'm not imagining it, one of the screaming lawyers started to use the word 'semen' and literally stopped in mid 'sem' ..... and used DNA. Clearly this is an order from on high.

Who the hell is scripting all this crap?????

This is kinda like evolution vs creationism ...... but in reverse. In this case, there is **clearly** a higher power.

Frankly, I've never understood the fear of words. Words have meaning and sonme words covey a shade of difference as compared to a seeming synonym.

Gerorge Carlin is a whiz at knowing what words and phrases work to convey to desired message. He'd never use 'DNA" unless it served a purpose ... and knowing him, that purpose would never be sanitization.

They might have worn condoms, but not transferring any skin or hair to her in 30 minutes of fighting and raping is very unlikely, and therefore makes her story difficult to make fit the facts.

The complete absence of DNA on her, not just the absence of semen, is what just about kills the case, IMHO.
