2. Especially the more they turn him loose and "let Bush be Bush".
His ineloquence and ramblings may have appeared "charming" to some early on, the lack of polish and "aw shucks" demeanor may have been a selling point.

But not any more. People as a whole see him as incompetent, not up to the job, over his head, unqualified and all those adjective phrases that connote El Stupido Royale. He's a poster boy for rich kid with delusions of adequacy.

And even the "haves" and "have mores" are embarrassed by him.

3. I very much enjoy visualizing Rove with a massive migraine
...right about now. And Cheney, alone in his office, keeps picking up his shotgun and putting it down again....All while Dimson babbles on.

In fact I think we could appropriately call this 'Babylon's Revenge'.

4. Maybe that's what's going on
Someone's hoping that the country will wake up and get this guy out of office before it's too late.

But if it's been Cheney running the show all along...

6. Something smells funny
Why are Bush's strategists allowing him speak off script? Are they all drunk or are they sabotaging him for some sinister reason? Even die hard republicans agree that he sucks at public speaking so why let him do it when his poll numbers are at rock bottom?

Maybe they're throwing the chimp under the train in order to get dead-eye Dick on the throne.
