I hate to say but I'd say that Air America is Tainted....

I have a landlord right. If I want to continue to stay in my property then I'm going to follow the rules of the landlord. Clearchannel is the landlord of the property that Air America uses. Who is calling the shots. Air America must provide C.C. with some semblance of control over their radio frequency. It is Default. That's how Landlord/Tenant relations work.

20. Here's your problem. Clear Channel does not own the studios or anything

about Air America. They play some of its content on a few of their stations. THEY DO NOT OWN AIR AMERICA OR ANY OF ITS FACILITIES.
