EDWARDS TO DELIVER TOP 10
(02/02/04) Sen. John Edwards is booked to become the latest Democratic White House aspirant to deliver a Top 10 list on David Letterman's show.

Aides said the North Carolina senator will appear on the CBS "Late Show" on Wednesday, the day after South Carolina and six other states hold primaries and caucuses. There was no hint given about the categoy of the list.

Other candidates, including Rep. Richard Gephardt of Missouri and former Vermont Gov. Dean, have appeared on the show in recent weeks. Dean poked fun at his post-Iowa-caucus scream.

I just wish we could've gotten him a late show appearence in the space between Iowa and NH! I guess they think we have SC in the bag and we can use this Letterman show to keep the momentum going.
