Unions now begin backing Kerry.....


NEW YORK, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union, which represents 100,000 members throughout the United States, has endorsed John Kerry for President.
"This election is crucial for working people," said RWDSU President Stuart Appelbaum. "Four more years of George W. Bush would be disastrous for working families. Too many people can no longer afford health care. Too many families can no longer make ends meet. Too many children are being left behind. We need somebody who can win in November and put us back on the right course."
